This handmade, vibrant design was one of my favorites to make. It is a mosaic design made with tiny crystal diamond shapes which really catch the light from every different direction. It is mounted on a solid wood base. It is truly stunning!
This piece can be used as a decorative trivet/hot plate, an elegant base for a candle or plant, a stand for glasses or wine bottles, or it can simply be used as a display piece, adding a beautiful, classic, and relaxing look to your home!
In my household, it never occurred to me to buy new, decorative trivets, nor to use these pieces as stands or wall hangings. Recently, I have been designing these fun new pieces. That’s when I realized what a great addition they could be to someone’s kitchen, dining room, or bar area, even as decoration. Plus, they are pretty handy!
